At HCD Furniture, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned furniture must be in original condition and packaging to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original packaging to prevent damage during the transit process back to our warehouse.

  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, our specialized furniture logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time to pick up the larger items from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
